## 👨‍🍳 Meet Chef Hideyoshi: Michelin-Trained Culinary Craft

Our in-house chef, **Hideyoshi-san**, is a true culinary artist. He trained in France and Italy for many years and worked in Michelin-starred French restaurants before joining Mujin.

While masterfully skilled in classic European cuisine, his daily repertoire spans the globe: Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Korean, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, and creative fusion dishes—ensuring there is something exciting and new every single day.
