Yet as our organization expands beyond 100 members representing more than 20 countries, maintaining clarity on where the company is heading and what each department is tackling becomes an essential challenge.

To bridge team boundaries and ensure everyone is aligned on our shared mission, Mujin holds a monthly company-wide **Internal Update Meeting**.

The Internal Update Meeting is never a one-way lecture. Teams prepare creative, personality-filled presentations to share what they built, followed by vibrant Q&A sessions where anyone can ask questions or pitch ideas.
