Hi! I’m Takahiro from the General Affairs team at Mujin.
Today, I’d like to introduce one of our favorite perks: **free drinks and free snacks**!

At Mujin, drinks and snacks are 100% free for all team members.

In the hot summer months, sparkling water and sodas disappear first. In winter, warm teas take the spotlight. And all year round, mineral water consumption is number one!

As for snacks, we offer a rotating variety: rice crackers, gummies, mixed nuts, mini-donuts, granola, and premium chocolates so members never get bored. When Black Thunder bars arrive, they vanish in minutes—good snacks are true justice!

## Why Do We Offer Them for Free?

Have you ever found yourself thinking during a busy workday:

> 💭 **"What should I have for lunch today? Deciding is such a hassle..."**  
> 💭 **"I'm a little peckish, but going all the way to the convenience store takes too much time..."**  
> 💭 **"Back-to-back meetings have completely drained my brain! I need a quick sweet boost right now!"**

I don't mean to brag, but I genuinely believe Mujin provides one of the most supportive work environments in Japan!

## Building a Workplace that Truly Supports You

In the early days of the company, CEO Issei Takino personally prepared and served hot lunch to the team. Despite his demanding schedule, he prioritized hospitality.

Behind that gesture was a clear message:
- **"Your time is precious."**
- **"We want you to unleash your full potential without distractions."**
- **"You chose to join us, so we want to take care of you."**

That founding spirit is what shaped Mujin's current workplace.

Of course, managing these perks falls to General Affairs—and it was easier said than done! When I joined three years ago, vending machines hadn't arrived yet. We manually restocked refrigerators every morning. Drinks vanished at lightning speed, members mentioned they weren't cold enough, and company headcount was surging by 3–4 new joiners every month.

After much effort, in the summer of 2018, we finally installed our very first free automated vending machine!
